christmas! 🎅🎄

 Hey! 

i hope everyone had a wonderful christmas and ate lots of good food

i had a really nice time, it was strange not seeing my whole family but we still managed to have a good time

 

we facetimed my brother and his wife and played an online escape room! i’m still recovering from the hangover

... it’s rough 

i thought i’d share a few of the things i got this year! i’m so thankful for all my gifts, everyone nailed it ;-; 

this is what josh got me!! it’s so beautiful (Ｔ▽Ｔ) now i have two necklaces from him from over the years so i’ll always have one to match my outfit and appreciate them <333 

these beauuuuutiful cozy ugg style boots! they’re so soft i might buy myself another pair in a tan colour

POOH BAG!! 

my auntie got me a self tanning kit with some body scrubs and a fancy soft tanning mit, it came with this body lotion that gradually builds up your tan and i LOVE IT ♡＾▽＾♡

i thought it wouldn’t work but turns out it gives me the bronzey glow i want without having to deal with the mess and smell of fake tan100% a new must have for me 

And these boots are they not the most gorgeous shoes ever?! in love with themi feel like they’re such an essential it means a lot that my mom got some for me <3

my brother dan got me perfume! i’m not a fan of katy perry but the packaging is very me and it smells SO GOOD

i’ve nearly ran out of my current favourite so this is perfect

 

plus this amazing book and purse from sasha that i’m gonna scan this week along with some of my magazines ~

i got other things like food, alcohol and lots of adorable accessories from my friends but this post would end up super long  

so i’ll leave you for now with another bearded piku pic

i’m gonna write a whole post tomorrow dedicated to the gogo secret santa bc i think it needs a post of its own! 

i have the week off work stilli’m so excited to finally relax and work on some projects after working through all the lockdowns 

plus getting to catch up on everyone’s blogs! blogger is still not letting me comment on barely anyone’s posts or reply to comments 

it just keeps coming up with errors >:c but i’ll keep trying!!

 Helloooo!

I’m feeling really positive today! i’ve been listening to my old playlists and i found some bands again that i’d somehow forgotten about but used to love!! 

of course my all time favourites, linkin park, rage against the machine, avenged sevenfold, slipknot and korn just to name a few 

and some bands from when i was a lil emo! hawthorne heights, paramore, get scared, motionless in white, underoath and so on

it’s honestly so comforting to listen to them all, somehow i forgot recently how much i love music 

i still want flame wristband tattoos like chesters but i know everyone would KILL ME if i got them 

ANYWAY here’s the outfit i went with today!

boots - timberlands 

hat - stole from my dad lol

accessories - my friends, plastic flowers, pandora + rowfers 

i wish i had some black uggs or high top sneakers to go w this outfit but oh well! 

i didn’t end up sewing the shirt bc i woke up later than expected but i will do soon! 

i don’t hate the hem as much as i first thought tho 

here’s my makeup!

i feel like i’m really starting to get better at my make and finding what fits me best!

 i definitely like a small droop with lots of black eyeshadow underneath with a super intense inner corner highlight atm 

after i got ready i went to see my grandad since he’s in our support bubble so i go help him out with things on the weekends and get him shopping 

i’ve felt so much better and more like myself today, i think getting dressed up again helped a lot too! ♡

i’m gonna go order a pizza now i think!! thank you for reading and i hope everyone had a good sunday too ~

new nails ✨

 Hey! 

i’m still feeling very up and down, but i’m working through it and want to focus on the positive things in life

It’s okay to be upset, but i don’t want to let myself fall into a habit of just moping around all day making myself feel even worse

So! i wanted to write a quick post about my new nails to get back into the swing of blogging

Here’s the photo i was inspired to get them like

and here’s mine!

i love them!! i asked for square but he started doing them coffin shaped so i just went with it, i still think they’re pretty cute 

it’s strange getting used to long nails again even though these are way shorter than i used to get them, i’ve just had no acrylics for wayyy too long i’ve missed it!!

i feel like they just add a little more sparkle and finish to everything ✧･ﾟ: *✧･ﾟ:*

I couldn’t decide between getting pink or blue but Emi suggested both and they’re perfect  they remind me of cotton candy! 

i already have a plan of how i want them done next time too, then hopefully after that i can start practicing to do them myself 

i’m a little nervous about it but i know it’ll be worth it 

I have a busy day tomorrow so i’m gonna plan what to wear and get some sleep! this shirt i bought last month but finally arrived today but... it has a spiked hem ;-;

it looks so halloween costume to me, if i wake up early enough i’m gonna re sew the bottom and make it straight across! 

let’s just hope my new nails don’t get in the way

i’ll try and blog again tomorrow!
