my kumatan gets arrived earlier this week and AAAAAA

so happy <333

i wanted to get pieces that are versatile and can be styled in a lot of different ways so i’m happy with that i chose! 

i got this yellow hat, grey shirt and my dream

the poo and pee hoodie T-T

i’m wearing the hoodie today too with more casual makeupi’m excited to see how many different ways i can wear it!

while i’m still absolutely in love with old WC pieces i think i’ll focus on bulking up with some pieces from different brands now for a while to keep it fresh 

i’ve been wanting some angel blue tank tops and t-shirt’s for summer but the scalper prices on depop are... ouch

so i’m gonna have to wait until i can make another mercari order! 

i spent the rest of yesterday and this morning sorting out my wardrobes to make space and clear out the spare room that’s gonna be my project room

i have a whole wardrobe full of clothes i’m gonna sell or donate, it was definitely time for a big clear out! 

after all that i just ordered a strawberry waffle and looked at room decor inspo

it was so so good 

i hope everyone else has had a good weekend! being stuck inside still is hard but hopefully we can all go out again soon

i have so many friends i just wanna go out and meet already

today’s outfit (^ o ^)

as promised, today i wanted to try a co*de inspired by a few specific pics

to no one’s surprise i of course chose the iconic emihamu 

i wanted so do something more on the cutesy sideso here’s the outfits i chose to do a mix of

and here’s the hair and make i was inspired by!

i just adore that even when she’s really tip toeing that fairy kei line with the tutus and pastels she still adds either more boyish or sexy elements to keep it in that amekaji realm 

just the little things in the styling with the heels, wearing the tutu high up round the waist to make it short and of course the motifs like leopard!

or the accessories, shorts and hats she adds when she’s adding a more boyish element

that combined with her make and hair just makes for the most fun shibuhara co*des ever

anyway, ill save the rest of my ramblings about her styling and looks for my post about her blog

shoes: amazon then i customised them

i think as i expand my wardrobe it’ll be easier to create co*des like this, walking the line between styles for an outfit is definitely a difficult balance to make work

for example switching out the hoodie for a cardigan or for a leopard print hoodie would be better i think! 

it was still fun trying to go about this outfit though 
id never usually put these pieces together like this but really liked the outcome 

wearing all these pastels and fluff but still feeling so galwho woulda thought it

next time i want to try one of her more classic amekaji co*des

maybe something with that red yellow and blue colour scheme!! 

trying to replicate or taking inspiration from specific looks is SO helpful to learn and get better at styling

 so even if i didn’t hit the nail on the head with this one hopefully it’ll just mean i can nail it next time!

 Hello again! 

i haven’t had the best week, but i’m happy it’s the weekend and i decided to finally try something with my nails! 

i kind of just threw everything i wanted to try on there bc i was excited! 

i think next time thought i’m gonna just do the polka dots with some sparklesor try to paint on some hearts or stripes instead 

i went for my favourite combo of pink and blue but i think yellow and light purple would be super cute too so i’m gonna try to find those polishes next week

i did some quick makeup too just to practice using dark brown for my under eye instead of black and i like it more than i thought i would! 

i’m definitely gonna try it again especially with more colourful eyeshadow looks since it’s just a liiiittle bit softer than using solid black 

i think tonight i’m gonna look through some magazine scans and blogs to find some makeup and outfit inspo that i can try to recreate tomorrow! 

i’ll try to make another post tomorrow about whatever outfit i decide to try out
